New product alert.

The back end of 2020 saw us launch our brand new carbon fibre Porsche 991 R16 Evo aero upgrade, it was hugely delayed for the most obvious reason that affected the global car scene for a while, but we pressed pause for a while to evaluate the market and when it started to pick back up we hit the green light and we haven’t stopped since.

So with all of the parts made to include the vented Evo bonnet, rear ducktail engine cover and the doors we pretty much have a full carbon fibre car, so it seemed a no brainer to look at making a roof too, and we must say with how the part has come it was pretty much worth the effort.

It is produce in Pre-Preg carbon fibre which is then autoclaved cured, so it’s the pinnacle manufacturing process which we get a super lightweight super strong product which is what you need when you are making a full replacement roof rather than a roof skin.

Porsche 991 GT3RS Carbon Fibre Replacement Roof, Raw Finish & with Clear Coat lacquer

The carbon roof is available to order now and comes as a raw product that will require matt or gloss clear coat, or we can clear coat finish on request as an option, the roof will fit all 991 chassis, get in touch with us for more details on how to order.

We love everything Porsche from the early 930 911 right up to the current 992 chassis, which is why we are constantly adding new carbon aero and parts to our ever growing Porsche range, with our latest addition aimed at the 991 chassis, this is one we are super excited about.

We have been longing to add a swan neck RSR style wing to our range of Porsche parts for a while now and the 991 has been the first chassis we have developed the assembly for, the 991 is first up because of the huge demand for this model, so made sence to get this designed and into production, we will be offering the supports in various colour options as well as a carbon options at some point in the future.

The first Porsche hope to wear the all new swan neck will be our good friend Ben, owner of BPA Body shop in Launceston who is building a Porsche 991.2 road car, that will also see a huge amount of track time, this will be the first UK customer to try our new set up so we look forward to following the build journey, as this build will also be wearing our Carbon roof as well as our ducktail engine cover.

Now the 991 chassis is all done, we will now look at developing the swan neck for Porsche 997 chassis, we think it will be a great addition for our R13 street conversions as well as our up and coming 997 slant nose we are currently working on.

More pictures to follow once we get the product on to the BPA Porsche 991.2 street set up built and tearing up the the streets.

We have been compelled to write yet another post regarding Dominik Bahn and his terrible company Carbostuff Engineering, as over the last few months we have been inundated with people globally losing money to this thief, sending him money and not receiving what they have paid for.

The last 8 months we have seen a huge surge of people get in touch after reading our previous posts about Dominik Bahn and his company Carbostuff, albeit after they have already sent money without receiving anything but an invoice and banking details from his new bank that now happens to be located in Holland, although he is based in Germany, he has also used a UK bank as well as 2 or 3 German Banks, but his latest bank details are the Netherlands.

Everyone that has got in touch with us has the same story, they make contact, he is very accommodating, price is confirmed which is usually a price that people cannot resist, it’s cheap because he doesn’t have what you ordered, so it is not going to be sent, he gets free money, after a few months of being chased for orders and parts that have been paid for, it’s time to disappear block you so everyone stops getting any correspondence, they then get blocked on what’s app, mobile telephone and all social media outlets, it’s a tried and tested formula that has worked for him since 2014.

They say what goes around comes around, and after 7 years of ripping off the Tuning & Motorsport communities it can’t come quick enough, we just hope the comeuppance is sooner rather than later and is extremely painful.

Stay vigilant and do your due diligence, any compnay that lives in one country but has a bank account in another and works from a mobile phone should sound alarm bells.
