Our forged two-piece magnesium wheel programme has been developed for customers who demand exceptional weight reduction,

bespoke fitment and motorsport-inspired engineering.

Available in a wide range of diameters, widths, profiles and finishes, our two-piece wheels can be configured for road, track and

competition applications, including centre-lock fitments.

​

Each wheel is individually specified around the vehicle, brake package and intended application, allowing us to create a

genuinely bespoke wheel solution.

​

FORGED MAGNESIUM CENTRES

Our competition two-piece wheel features a precision-forged magnesium centre, combined with either a forged

aluminium or carbon fibre outer barrel.

​

Multiple centre profiles are available, together with the choice of exposed or concealed hardware.

For customers looking to minimise weight further, titanium hardware is also available.

Wheel designs can be selected from our existing range, modified to suit your requirements or developed as a completely bespoke design.

FORGED ALUMINIUM BARREL & MAGNESIUM CENTRE

Our two-piece wheels can also be specified with a forged aluminium outer barrel combined with a forged magnesium centre.

A comprehensive range of widths, offsets, profiles, finishes and designs is available.

If you have a specific wheel design in mind, our team can also work with you to develop and machine a bespoke design around your vehicle.

PRECISION FORGING

Our forged magnesium wheels are manufactured using a precision 3D hot-forging process, forming the material under extremely high pressure.

This process develops the material structure required to produce a strong, lightweight wheel capable of meeting the demanding requirements

of high-performance applications.
