9x17 4x100 +10 wheel options are a very difficult find in today’s current wheel market there are only a couple of select wheel designs that you can purchase off the shelf with the correct offset needed for this conversion in a 1 piece Monoblock cast wheel, ZF1 are our wheels of choice, designated wheels with the correct width and offset for our Mini Wide fender conversion.

All body kit items are shipped in Matt Black and will require prep-work before painting. Minor adjustments may also be necessary to ensure an oem fitment and will include cutting of the original fenders to fit the customised parts. These are normal body work and installations steps to fitting any wider fender. it is always better to test fit all items before painting.

Our VAD Design GRP front bumper has been developed specifically for the second-generation Mini platform, providing a lightweight
and purposeful alternative to the standard OEM bumper.
Designed to complement our R-Series wide-body and flare conversions, the bumper can be incorporated into a range of bespoke
Mini builds and is supplied ready for professional preparation and finishing.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Our Mini body components are UK manufactured from GRP (glass-reinforced plastic) and are produced to order.
Parts are supplied in a matt black gel-coat finish and will require professional preparation, painting and installation before use.
FITTING & INSTALLATION
Please be aware that GRP is a composite material and, as with any bespoke aftermarket bodywork, some fettling, adjustment and
preparation may be required during installation to achieve the correct fit and finish.
When used as part of our wide-body conversion, modifications to the OEM bodywork may also be required to accommodate the
wider wheel and tyre specification.
Our flares are designed to be professionally panel bonded to the vehicle, and we strongly recommend that all bodywork and
composite components are fitted, prepared and painted by an experienced professional.
BESPOKE WHEELS FOR WIDE-BODY CONVERSIONS
All wheels supplied for our Mini wide-body conversions, whether 4-stud or 5-stud, are specifically configured for the intended application.
Where required, wheels are custom machined and drilled to order to suit the vehicle, wheel specification and desired fitment.
Due to the bespoke nature of these wheels, once custom machining and drilling has been completed, the wheels are considered a bespoke product manufactured specifically to the customer's requirements and are therefore non-standard items.
