Born from the track. Designed for the street.

The Porsche 997 remains one of the most iconic generations of the modern 911, offering a platform that continues to inspire enthusiasts, collectors and automotive designers around the world. At VAD Design, we believe there is always room to push the boundaries of what can be achieved through distinctive design, bespoke engineering and motorsport-inspired development. That philosophy is at the heart of our latest project: the VAD Design Porsche 997 GT3R Slant Nose Conversion.

Currently under development, this exciting new wide-body carbon fibre programme represents the next evolution of our Porsche aerodynamic design portfolio, bringing together the unmistakable character of the Slant Nose silhouette with the aggressive styling of our renowned GT3R R13 body conversion.

Motorsport Inspiration. Bespoke Design.

Developed for the Porsche 997.1 and 997.2 chassis, our forthcoming Slant Nose Conversion has been conceived for owners looking for something beyond the conventional aftermarket aero package.

Drawing inspiration from the purposeful appearance of competition-derived Porsche designs, the conversion combines a distinctive front-end treatment with a wide-body configuration and an uncompromising focus on visual balance. The objective is simple: to create a Porsche 997 that stands apart from the crowd while remaining true to the engineering heritage and sporting character that make the 911 so special.

At VAD Design, we understand that a successful conversion is about more than individual components. The proportions, transitions between body panels and overall relationship between form and function are what bring a complete design together, It is this attention to detail that underpins the development of our latest Porsche programme.

Wide-Body Carbon Fibre Development

Carbon fibre plays a central role in the design direction of the new GT3R Slant Nose Conversion, complementing the motorsport-inspired character of the package and reinforcing its bespoke identity.

The project builds upon the design foundations of our GT3R R13 Body Conversion, taking that established visual language in a new direction for the Porsche 997 platform.

Our aim is to offer owners a distinctive alternative to more familiar wide-body conversions, with a design that makes a statement through its proportions, presence and carefully considered detailing.

Whether envisioned as the foundation for a highly individual road car or a more motorsport-inspired build, the conversion is being developed to appeal to enthusiasts who want their Porsche to reflect their own vision.

Designed for the Road. Inspired by the Racetrack.

The best performance-inspired designs do not rely on appearance alone. They draw their identity from the relationship between engineering, purpose and proportion. This principle guides our approach to the GT3R Slant Nose project.

While its visual inspiration comes from the world of motorsport, the conversion is being developed with the road-going Porsche enthusiast in mind. Our intention is to create a cohesive aerodynamic package that combines an unmistakable presence with the distinctive character expected from a VAD Design conversion.

Final specifications, material options and available configurations will be confirmed as development progresses.
